HSBC InvestDirect ensures the following methods of delivery of client information are secure and safe for your convenience:

E-mail
Simply e-mail us at InvestDirect@hsbc.ca with your request and an HSBC InvestDirect representative will reach out to you directly to confirm and process your request.

Branch Pick-Up
HSBC InvestDirect may inter-branch mail your documents to your local HSBC Bank branch where you may pick up your requested documents at your convenience.

Go Paperless!
It’s quick, easy and secure. We encourage our clients to make use of this online paperless option. For your convenience, you may download and save your online trade confirmations and monthly statements as PDF files for your own personal reference and offline records. In addition, to review your account and any transactions, you may access it online under Accounts > History, or speak with an HSBC InvestDirect representative at one of the below numbers. Our office is open 24 hours from Sunday 6PM (ET) to Friday 8PM (ET).

Please keep in mind that clients are still responsible for tracking and making any payments during a postal strike, even if there was a delay in delivery of your statement or trade confirmation.
